This year our organization is focused on “Effective Core Instruction and Supports to Increase the Learning of All Kids,” and we have several resources to support your work in this area:

•  The Source, a twice-monthly update sent to your inbox, keeping you “in the know” by sharing best practices and resources from across Iowa and the nation.
• October 20 at Drake University, Doug Fisher continued the conversations started in 2010’s extremely successful Fall Institute. This session deepened our knowledge and implementation of Response to Instruction and Intervention (RtI²). Participants received another of his books as well.  You can access his resources here. 
• Coming soon - a fresh Iowa ASCD website with member page to access more valuable resources.
•  April 11-12, 2012 is this year’s Curriculum Leadership Academy at the Hilton Garden Inn in Urbandale – mark your calendar for this annual event!  You can access the registration form here.
